At A. Hertel Fitness, our teaching is that everything we do with regard to our bodies is interconnected and interdependent. A holistic approach has to be taken to achieve optimal personal wellness. Mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health all work together. And good health is about how we feel, not how we look.
