Excuses are everywhere. What excuses do you make that keep you from getting healthier? Mine is fatigue. My days are full and early morning or late night workouts seem impossible. If I commit to the first ten minutes, I can turn it into twenty, then into thirty. It’s making the effort to take that first step. It’s defeating the most challenging excuse.
