Kids yoga was so much fun yesterday!! They all listened perfectly and did a wonderful job! Thanks to all the parents for letting the kids help out with this educational project!
Can’t wait for other kids to get to utilize this in the school system!
Yoga is a great way to increase flexibility and strength, improve cardiac and circulatory health, and promote movement and attention to breath and control. Kids can gain many benefits from this practice, and watching their interest and hard work was very rewarding!
