Alex’s challenges are the best! She is creative with her workouts and knows how to motivate us on our good and bad days. I have been doing them for almost a year, and they have made me feel strong and happy in my own body.
Girl I did measurements today and lost 9.5 inches off my thunder thighs. The lady at my weight loss clinic couldn’t believe it, I was like yep…thanks to Alex and her dang squats.
I love the format of the online challenges! A new workout every night keeps me on my toes and interested! All the workouts can be modified as needed and that’s been super helpful for me as I get started working out after baby #3. I love that Alex gives us a video of her performing the moves as well as tips or modifications as well. I would recommend Alex’s online challenge groups to others!!
